Postmodernism is a state, or condition, under which there is no one "right" way. Everybody's truth is relevant and as true as anyone else's. Therefore, there is no wrong, there is no permanence. It rejects the grand narrative - any story which attempts to explain the world in simplistic terms. Postmodernism understands that the world cannot be described in this way because it is fluid, dynamic, and complex.

Postmodern (pomo)sexuality is the anti-label label. Embodying sexual fluidity and gender neutrality, pomo understands that human sexuality, like everything in the universe, is far too complex to be defined by black and white terms. The words gay, straight, and bi have never been an adequate way to describe one's sexuality and do nothing but hold us back... and that's just not what this ride we call life is all about.
